Pengaruh Job Satisfaction dan Job Embeddedness terhadap Turnover Intention pada Pekerja Bidang Food & Beverage selama Pandemi COVID-19

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh job satisfaction dan embeddedness terhadap turnover intention pada pekerja bidang food & beverage selama pandemi COVID-19. Sebanyak 71 dengan usia minimal 18 tahun hingga >40 berpartisipasi dalam penelitian ini. Pengumpulan data menggunakan metode survei alat ukur yang digunakan, antara lain skala Job Satisfaction milik Tsai Huang, Embeddedness Crossley dkk., Turnover Intention Saeed dkk. Data dianalisis regresi linear berganda bantuan Jamovi 1.2.27 for Windows. Hasil menunjukkan nilai p<0,001 R Square skor sebesar 0,202 berarti menyumbang 20,2% intention. bahwa terdapat
